A figure that looks wrong. The most valuable message we get. Send the page and what you believe the correct number is — ideally with the HTS code or the fee schedule you are working from. Corrections get made and dated.

A category we are missing. We ship ten. If you import something that does not fit any of them, tell us the HTS heading and it is usually a same-week addition.

Agency interest. Multi-workspace and client reporting are planned but unbuilt, and demand decides whether they get made. See pricing.
